The Rotary shell is made of steel which mounted on heavy duty roller and driven by gearbox/ gear motor. The variable drive employed to control through put .
They are having counter or co-current design. The specially designed internal flights lifts the material showers it drying gases, ensuring proper heat transfer, and help in forward moment of material through Rotary drum.

The exhaust equipment consist of cyclone ,bag filter and exhaust blower and sometimes Chimney is also supplied as operational.

What Is a Rotary Dryer?
A rotary dryer (or rotary drum dryer) is a continuous industrial drying system where material is tumbled and heated as it moves through a rotating drum. It is one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways to dry bulk solids.
